Michelin Star for the Royal Oak

The Royal Oak has become one of just five new one-Michelin star restaurants in England, outside of London. Head chef Dominic Chapman, head chef at the Royal Oak actually discovered the restaurant’s award via a peek at social website, Twitter.
Derek Bulmer, editor of the Michelin Guide, said: "It's a traditional local pub, not a gastropub, but Dominic Chapman the chef has transformed the food. He cooks really delicious, tasty British food."
