Dominic Nominated for a Chef's Oscar

I am proud to report that our very own Royal Oak chef Dominic Chapman has been chosen as a finalist for the Craft Guild of Chefs Awards 2009 in the Pub Restaurant category.

To reach this stage you have to have been nominated by your peers and then selected by a panel of highly respected judges. There are fourteen different categories with three chef’s nominated in each one.

Not surprisingly then that the Craft Guild of Chefs Awards are looked upon as the chef’s ‘Oscars’, so just to reach this stage is a great achievement and a great reward for Dominic’s undoubted skill and hard work.
