Would love to hear views on the Piers Morgan interview of Gordon Brown on ITV. Its easy to be ubercritical and cynical about politicians who chose to bare their soul three months before an election but this was such an obvious attempt to win our hearts and minds with the help of good editing using wistful and teaful chots of Sara that even trying to be charitable I found it hard to see it as anything more than a political PR exercise. Will we now see the other two leaders or indeed Nick Griffin shortly in similar stunts?
